The highly dynamic content and structure of the summit has been handcrafted by a program committee comprising of leading experts in e-Governance & IT sectors. The two day event features States @ Work conference and three parallel workshop tracks on day one (19th October, 2005) and the Center @ Work conference and Best Practices Film Festival on day two (20th October, 2005) The workshops have been designed keeping in mind a target audience that shall comprise of senior administrators, policy makers, project leaders and experts who drive the policy and functioning at the state as well as the center level.
