The highly dynamic content and structure of the summit has been handcrafted by a program committee comprising of leading experts in e-Governance & IT sectors. The two day event features States @ Work conference and three parallel workshop tracks on day one (19th October, 2005) and the Center @ Work conference and Best Practices Film Festival on day two (20th October, 2005) The workshops have been designed keeping in mind a target audience that shall comprise of senior administrators, policy makers, project leaders and experts who drive the policy and functioning at the state as well as the center level. The conference shall be host to who’s who of governance, economists and planners converging under a single roof.
